1.1 Online Payment via Card
Guests may pay using the following methods:
- International Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, etc.)
- Domestic ATM cards with Internet Banking enabled
The system will redirect guests to a secure online payment gateway integrated with Hotel Link Pay.

Our system is provided by a licensed partner in Vietnam and complies with international security standards, including PCI DSS, SSL, OTP, and 128-bit MD5 encryption. We do not store guests’ card information on our system.

Applicable for advance bookings or upon request.

Payment by Card at the Hotel
- We accept Visa/MasterCard/JCB at the front desk.
- Guests are required to present the original card and a valid ID (passport or national ID) for verification.
- For prepayments, charges may be processed or pre-authorized upon check-in.
⚠ Refunds to cards may take up to 30 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
Payment in Cash at the Hotel
Guests may pay in cash at the front desk upon check-in or check-out (as agreed upon). Unpaid bookings may be subject to cancellation if not confirmed within the required timeframe.
2. Payment Terms and Conditions
- Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at check-in.
- No-show: Failure to check in without prior notice will result in penalties and forfeiture of paid amounts.
3. Payment Information Security
- We do not store guests' card or account details directly.
- Transactions are processed via encrypted, secure payment gateways that comply with financial industry standards.
- Tokenization (if available) is applied for enhanced payment security.
4. Invoices and Refunds
- VAT Invoices: Available upon request. Please inform us in advance and provide complete billing information.
- Refunds (if applicable): Will follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Funds will be returned via the original payment method within 30 to 45 business days, depending on the card-issuing bank's processing timeline.
